• Returns are accepted within 4 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all of the following must be met:

• The perfume must contain at least 98% of the original liquid.
• The product must be returned with all original items, including:
  • Bottle
  • Box
  • Labels and seals

Products that are used, damaged, or missing original parts will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Charges

• All return delivery charges must be paid by the customer.
• Bagh E Jannat does not cover return shipping costs.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, refunds will be sent to your bank account or mobile wallet after verification.
